Ipsy & Glossybox | The All-Stars

It's no secret around here that I love my monthly beauty subscription services. I currently receive 2- Ipsy & Glossybox. I tried Birchbox in the beginning but wasn't really a fan. This is the 3rd year I've been an Ipsy subscriber ($10 a month) and I'm still loving it. I've been a Glossybox subscriber ($21 a month) since last summer, it's such a glamorous box. I'm a beauty product junkie, I can never have enough and I love trying new things.

What I love most about subscription services?
-It's so fun to get a package full of beauty goodies each month
-It allows me to try things I probably wouldn't buy or experience otherwise. Glossybox is notorious for sending super high end & luxurious skincare & fragrance items.
-I haven't had to buy moisturizer, face wash, hair creams, lip products, primers or perfumes in so long. I get stocked of on these goodies and just get to try out a bunch of different kinds. For the most part, it kind of keeps me out of Sephora!

Here are the 6 products I picked out that I absolutely adore, products that I'm so thankful I was introduced to from one of these services.

Beauty Subscription Boxes

This perfume is amazing! I'm probably the worst person in the world at trying to describe smells, but trust me, it's heavenly. It's so romantic and feminine, but not overpowering.

Via: Ipsy
I got a little sample of this from Ipsy way back when I first subscribed. I loved it so much and bought the full size one after my sample ran out. I featured it in my Only Pick 1: Face Edition as my holy grail highlighter last year.

I use this after every single time I wash my hair. I spray it in before I comb out my hair and it detangles, softens, adds shine and protects my hair. It smells great too, it's a keeper!

Another fabulous primer that smooths out my skin and helps with my big pores. Still working on my deluxe sample, but will be purchasing. I love Dr. Brandt products, anyone else?

I actually received one of these from Ipsy, fell in love, then received another from Glossybox several months later. SCORE! This balm doesn't really have much of a scent to me, but it's like a lip gloss and it's so super hydrating. I will put this on at night and I kid you not, I still have some left on my lips in the morning.

I shared this in my Jan faves post. It was my first experience with a Bumble and Bumble product and now I get it. I put this on right before I blow dry my hair. I'm telling you, the Proganix spray and this stuff have been my favorite duo for hair care recently. Are both needed? No, they have some similar qualities but I like them each for different reasons and they work very well for me paired together.

I know there are so many other products that I've received and loved, I'm sure I'm even missing a few top ones, but these 6 are some pretty fantastic beauty loves of mine.

Have you tried any of these products I mentioned?
Have any beauty services got YOU hooked on anything?

  12. I love Dr. Brandt. I actually met him at a Birchbox event recently and I was so impressed. He is very kind and he REALLY REALLY knows his stuff. He gave a talk about the science behind his knew line and he was so knowledgeable.

  20. I think we have had this conversation before about me going back and forth on these! I do Julep right now, though I opted out of the last two months because I need no more polishes. Maybe I will cancel it and try Ipsy or Glossy Box. If you could only have one of those two, which would it be?

  21. I'm a huge Dr. Brandt fan too and have received that same sample before! As of now, I'm purely a Birchbox Gal, though seeing all of these goodies makes me want to subscribe to them all! Honestly, if I didn't already feel guilty for my Rent the Runway Unlimited subscription, I probably would - haha! xoxo

  23. You are probably going to think I'm crazy but I'm not a big makeup girl. I walked out the door this morning without putting anything on because I forgot. I do wear makeup because my hubby requests it. I don't mind if its for him. I noticed on instagram that you are in Oklahoma. I am too. Oklahoma City. 29. Ohhh I love hearing your favorites. I got a temporary free Glossybox subscription. Since I am not a huge beauty junkie, I really didn't expect to like it that much. Turns out, I really miss it! Everything was so high quality, and it really allowed me to try things I never would have otherwise.

  34. I have heard about glossybox and have considered trying it out. I was not a giant fan of Birchbox, maybe I just didn't get the right samples. I love the items you received and all of the reviews! I love bumble & bumble products but sometimes don't want to buy the larger sizes due to price.
