A Sweet Treat + A Sweet Lil Valentines Giveaway.

If you've been a reader for a while, you know I have a sweet tooth. I wish sweets weren't my thing, but they are. I've decided to accept it, but try to find some healthier modifications. I splurge but I try to keep a good balance.

Enter Pinterest and the endless supply of awesome ideas. That is where I first started seeing the healthier frozen yogurt options and created this one. I've made it twice now and it definitely satisfies my craving. Now, if you don't like banana, don't bother. The base is banana so you can taste it for sure. You can use whichever ingredients you'd like, mix it up. Below is what I've used.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
3-4 servings

2 frozen bananas
5.3 oz Chobani Greek Yogurt (whatever flavor you'd like)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup PB2 Powder (or regular peanut butter)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Add the bananas, yogurt, almond milk & vanilla in a blender and blend until creamy. Add in your cocoa and PB2 powder. Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips. Freeze for several hours. *fyi, this stuff hardcore freezes so when you're ready to eat it, prepare to let it sit out for a little bit first.

And now because I love you, I love Valentine's and I love Victoria's Secret... My friends and I are bringing you this fun little giveaway!
